happy fakesgiving!

for those of you who don't know, fakesgiving is when my family gets together to celebrate....thanksgiving! since my sisters and my brother have obligations with their significant others on actual thanksgiving, we started a new tradition having fakesgiving the week before :) i am a little tiny bit excited. SlsdKF:SLDFKS:DFJ!!!! okay really excited. last fakesgiving was probably the worst day of my entire life- the summation of everything bad slowly coming to a head... but let me tell you all if you don't already know- Jesus intervened, and has transformed me and turned my world upside down (or right side up, rather)! and this holiday this year is just another mile-marker in remembrance of all He has done in my life this year. I am so thankful. or... fakesful? haha! anyway, the pies are made, turkey is done, i'm going out to get some more fixings and i get to set the table and say the blessing (woohoo!). do any of you have thanksgiving traditions that are extra special? comment! i want to know! so i can share your joy. i hope everyone has a great week and that YOUR thanksgiving is awesome. i'm going to try to squish everyone in front of this computer later and take a picture to post here... we'll see how that works! have a blessed day :)

(okay mac's dont take the greatest quality pictures, but oh well!)
k here we go (i love my family):

p.s. i just made a few sample wedding albums for 09, does anyone care to see a post on them?
p.p.s. a few words of wisdom from my calendar in the bathroom for you:
"Faith goes up the stairs that love has made and looks out of the windows which hope has opened." - CH Spurgeon
"Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see." -Hebrews 11:1
