hello all!!

wooooie, so many shoots lately, so many babies, so many awesome people!!! sarah & erik, and alyssa take the cake. i fell in love with their family and i have to share a few photos really quick even though i should reeeeally be working on a million other things. i just can't wait! heres a few that tickled me pink- enjoy :)

beau hale {ventura, ca}

ashley and i got to chill with beau for a little bit on wednesday and get some photos, he is graduating from USC in a few months and getting a sweet start on his career! congratulations beau- best wishes for this next step in your life. thank you for putting up with our photo shenanigans and trail blazing! you are awesome! here are a few pics for now :)

joey + sarah {ventura, ca}

last week I hung out with these two and rochelle for a little bit to grab some pictures. such a cute pair, so sweet together :) they reminded me just how much i love what i do!!! heres a few that i liked- slideshow to come soon- i'm playing catch up lately. thanks for your patience sarah <3 <3 <3!!

i have learned so much in this last year- most of all learning that i have so much more to learn :) Jesus has redeemed the previous 19 years of my life. a lot of pain, a lot of heartache, a lot of unfortunate circumstances- washed away with his abundant and overflowing grace and sweetness towards me in this last year. i remember looking at my drivers license when i was 16 in 2004, and it said '21 in 2009' and i could only laugh, unable to even grasp how far away that was (in my 16 year old brain) and what life would be like then. some trials since then i would have not chosen or wished on anyone else- but they have built me into the person i am now- and i wouldn't trade them for anything. life started over last year around this time, and i've realized that where the bible says '...hope does not disappoint', really is amazingly true. a lot of new things, a lot of firsts, so much love, so much family, so much life and richness has filled me up to overflowing. thank you from the bottom of my heart to my family, my friends and my clients who have stretched my heart to a bigger understanding of life and love :) words really fail me- so to wrap this all up i will say this....thank you most of all to Jesus.

gallegos kids! {ventura, ca}

ashley (my new fabulous partner shooter) and i hung out with some of the gallegos tribe after church and got some sweet photos. i sure do looove this family. here are a few of my favorites below!
